Change a user's name or email address

As an organization owner or administrator, you have the option to edit the name or email address of your organization’s members.


Changing an email address

When you change a user’s email all of their existing Report subscriptions, Alerts, and Advanced Queries will be rerouted to the new address. No extra work required.


Edit a user's name or email

  1. Hover over your avatar in the top right corner.


  2. Click Settings in the menu, then Users in the Admin menu on the left.
  3. Search for the user you want to manage, then click their name.
  4. Click Profile to access the user’s profile information.
  5. Enter the new name or email address and click Save Changes.
