Heads Up Display Sign-In Issue

If you have successfully installed the Heads Up Display, but are prompted to sign in again and again, you may have to adjust your browser settings.


While Chartbeat doesn’t use third-party cookies, the Heads Up Display runs on chartbeat.com which is a third-party domain. So you’ll have to adjust your browser settings to allow third-party cookies for chartbeat.com.

For Chrome browsers:
1. Head to Preferences > Show Advanced Settings (at the bottom of the settings page)

2. Under Privacy click on Content Settings
3. Click on Manage exceptions under Cookies 

4. Enter chartbeat.com and click Done

​5. Go back and refresh your homepage. You should now be up running with the Heads Up Display. ​
